Business Analyst

You are a highly motivated and organized individual that is looking for a challenge in an active development environment. You enjoy working on multiple projects and strive to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate project management skills; ability to plan, organize, control and coordinate activities.
• Recommending solutions and implementation strategies in a timely manner.
• Participating as a functional expert in department projects for analysis and problem-solving.
• Work with key business unit contacts to identify/develop process/system improvements.
• Leading activities during analysis, design, construction, and testing phases of projects.
• Providing IT management and stakeholders with project plans, project charters, scope documents and conceptual design documents.
• Responsible for the documentation of business requirements and business processes.
• Assist testing team to design and execute appropriate validation and verification tests.
• Identify project issues and risks and work with project team to mitigate those risks.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in a development environment.
• Possess a College or University degree in a related discipline.
• Advanced user of MS Office, MS Project and Visio.
